Transportation
For those of you who will be flying in from other states or overseas for the Conference and wish to take advantage of our free Conference Shuttle you will need to follow these instructions.
Fly into Lax (Los Angeles International Airport)
Outside of every terminal you can catch the Van Nuys Flyaway Bus, the cost is 8.00 U.S.
This will take you to the Van Nuys Flyaway LAX Bus station located at
7610 Woodley Avenue
Van Nuys, California
We will have Conference Shuttle pick-ups from this location on the following schedule
It is suggested that you allow yourself at least a 2 hour window between your arrival/departure time and the shuttle times

If you would like to attend GSR 2019 you can still get day passes. There is a list of Hotels on this site under the Home tab.
All of the Hotels are less than 10 minutes from the venue and day passes include lunch and Dinner. The Grand Vista Hotel is offering rooms for 109.00 per night which is a 50.00 per night discount, just mention Brandeis-Bardin when making your reservation.
